We’re kicking off our Wine with Friends dinner series with one of our favourite local winemakers Sisu Wines’ Jack Sheedy.

Join us at La Sardina Loca on Thursday 27 August from 6pm for an intimate evening of great wine, good food and even better company.

Jack is a winemaker who lets the fruit do the talking. Working with focus, restraint and a whole lot of care, he uses minimal intervention, thoughtful farming and impeccable timing to guide each vintage gently from vine to bottle.

The result? Wines that are expressive, elegant and unmistakably of their place, shaped by the winemaker, never overshadowed by him.

We’ll be pouring some stunning expressions from this gun of a local, paired with a feast designed for sharing.
